Latitude vs. Cloudiness

Observation:

Cloudiness does not show a strong correlation to latitude. The visualization shows a great variety of cloudiness percentages at different latitudes.

Therefore, we cannot conclude that there is a conclusive pattern between cloudiness and latitude.
